I started watching videos and reading books and blogs about self-improvement because I wanted to give myself the best shot at achieving what I wanted and in the process of that, it actually paid off. When I started this journey, I honestly didn’t think that I would change that much or it would have impacted my life the way it did, but it did and now I want to help you. This blog is dedicated to the version of myself that wanted to achieve her goals so bad but couldn’t find the resources she needed. And now as I am standing on the other side, I dedicate it to all of the people that were once like me and would like to start working towards achieving the goals they wrote for themselves.

Book notes
As the I said above, books were one of the resources I used to help me and as a result of that, I started to write my own version of it so I could re-read it when I see myself slipping. At first it was just highlighting but soon I found myself creating google docs and putting in my favorite quotes and explaining them, creating bullet points and talking about them like I was in an interview but the most helpful thing I did of all was writing how it aligned to my life. I would select the ink blue and write and write on how certain chapters and quotes hit too close to home. This greatly helped me evaluate myself and learn so many things about me that I had no idea were even my traits and now I want to share those with you. Take the knowledge these books provide because they are tips that can be applied to your day-to-day life and foster continuous growth and improvement.
